The new site presents the entire product range in a clear and simple manner and keeps clients up to date with news and product information while providing a dedicated 'service technician' area that provides a huge range of parts manuals and other documents to assist them.
The Results: 
Positive feedback from customers and in particular the service technicians who now have one point of call for all their requirements covering service, parts and manuals. For the Richard Jay team, they now have a fully content managed website that is simple to update and revise content as needed which saves them both time and money and allows them to act fast to product changes in the marketplace.
