Each Webmaster program includes the following project stages:
1. Strategy
We undertake market, competition, geographic and demographic analysis to determine where you fit into the online market place. We review your online competitors, your existing search engine optimisation and product viability for online leads or sales. Then an initial online strategic report to completed for your review.
2. Pre-Production
The pre-production stage documents what is required to be built to deliver upon the strategies previously agreed. This functional requirements document includes a site map, user journeys, wireframes, navigational pages, calls to action and functionality to be included within your solution. We also document the user roles required and what content each user type can see and functionality they can interact with.
This plan ensures we achieve optimal usability and use engagement to maximise leads, sales or other conversion goals for your business.
3. Design
Our design team will review your existing marketing and combine it with our concepts and ideas to develop visual and navigation designs for each page of your website taking into account the various user roles and journeys they are expected to take.
Initial Home Page and Follower Page concepts are agreed and signed off prior to developing designs for other key pages required within the user journeys. We present these concepts to our clients for feedback and approval ensuring you are happy with the outcomes.
4. Development
Once designs are complete we now initiate the website development stage to build all the features and functionality outlined in the pre-production documentation. A test plan is created to ensure usability and functionality requirements are met.
At this point client content can be uploaded prior to our search engine optimisation team reviewing it and suggesting an optimisation plan to maximise your search engine results.
5. Deploy Ongoing Marketing
We perform further search engine optimisation techniques after your site is live to the world wide web and then continue with the ongoing marketing strategies outlined in the strategy document. This could include, search engine advertising, affiliate marketing, creation social media pages, newsletter marketing, directory listings, on page and off page linking strategies, or other technique to drive leads into your sales funnel. These strategies are modified throughout the life of your marketing program to ensure we adapt to changing market conditions.
6. Test & Measure
