Position Title: Project Manager / Online Business Strategist
Role Description:
As an Aspedia business strategist, you are required to help the company's senior leadership improve internal processes in operating activities. They also review external factors, such as economic trends and demand levels, to determine potential sales of a product or service.
A business strategist develops data, prepares planning documents, researches assigned problems, and recommends appropriate solutions to senior management. The role also gathers information on competitors' products and services, collects and reviews demographic data on potential customers and measures the effectiveness of marketing strategies in the short and long term.
As an Online Business Strategist you are required to effectively manage clients and projects, researching products and target markets, and any other analytics relevant to the project, while advising which strategies to implement and report on.
This role entails managing a wide range of on and offline marketing processes and projects. As an Online Business Strategist you need to interact with sales, product development, design team and customer service departments to ensure that projects are completed effectively. As an Online Business Strategist you will also perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the marketing department.
Design Responsibilities:
- Wireframing of web strategies, development of website calls to action and marketing messages, testing of completed sites and input into ongoing website updates.
- Testing web design and usability to monitor abandonment rates and pages, and implement strategies to increase online conversions.
- eNewsletter Design, layout, development of content and specials and testing
- Scoping, documenting, and implementing high level client project requirements
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Write OMP’s and eBusiness Requirements Documents
- Manage Customer Accounts
- Set-Up and Monitor Social Media Campaigns
- Conduct Market Research
- Perform Keyword Analysis
- Strategy Formulation and Implementation
- Writing of content for blogs and websites as required
- Various adhoc marketing tasks as required
- Assisting in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities
- Tracking campaigns, preparing weekly performance analysis reports, and general campaign management
- Identification of campaign issues, creation and implementation of solutions
- Developing lead generation plans with targets, measures, and objectives
- Identification of keywords for implementation of SEO Plan
- Setup and monitor Campaigns
- Development of Implementation Plan for Client Strategies and Campaigns
